The training includes:
- 2 hours of lecture materials and discussions - Case law studies - Mooting practice and work in teams
During the training the following topics will be disclosed and discussed:
- Racial and sex equality. New challenges and shift in Ukrainian legislation towards more liberal approach
- UN Guiding Principles and other multilateral agreements on promotion compliance with HR
- ECHR Case Law and its application by Ukrainian Courts. Human Rights perspective.
During the second part of the training, participants will be given a brief case for mini moot court, where the will have to present their arguments on behalf of both parties to the conflict.

Participation fee is 50 UAH (paid in cash upon the arrival to the training). The fee covers printed handouts, stickers, snacks for a break and certification.
