It will take place from the 22nd to 23rd March in Kyoto, Japan. Registration is now open to NGOs and civil society organisations wishing to attend. The agenda of the meeting has also been released and there will be a day of NGO roundtables on priority issues culminating with a meeting with the G7 Sherpas on the second day. The roundtables will discuss: women and gender, tax justice and responsible supply chains, the Syrian conflict and refugees, health,  nutrition, climate change and disaster risk reduction. A smaller deputation of 20 members of the Civil G7 meeting will be selected to represent the priority issues in a meeting with the 8 Sherpas. The meeting is open to all NGOs and the Japanese government is supporting a small number of participants from developing countries in Asia and Africa. All other international NGOs will be expected to fund their own travel.
